Hi, I'm John!
I don't like to toot my own horn, but I think you should get a feel for whoever works on your home, in whatever capacity, including screen repair. So here's some of my story:
I have been in the sunroom and screen enclosure business since 1985 when I started as a helper at a local screen repair company while on a summer break in high school. While there I worked after school and weekends as well, doing rescreen work to put myself through college.
After graduation, I worked full time as crew leader; building small enclosures then graduated to building large pool enclosures. By the time I was 27 years old, I was a field engineer. I did all the engineering for permitting all the enclosures for a large business here in Jacksonville. We were building over 100 enclosures a month (that's three a day, seven days a week!)
In time, I became production manager for Affordable Aluminum Enclosures where I managed 10-15 crews at a time. From 2004-2010 I was the production manager and even general manager for Sunsational Sunrooms of America (now known as Admiral Sunroom Corp.) We manufactured and sold four-season sunrooms and were the number one sunroom company in Florida and the Southeastern United States.
From 2011 till now I have owned and operated Quillco Service Company LLC and its sister company Quillco Home Services Inc. along with my brother and business partner, Matthew Milihovszky.
After 29 years in the aluminum construction industry I have acquired a great deal of knowledge and expertise in rescreen and screen repair services. I have been able to provide a great service for a reasonable price!
At Quillco, we have always had a belief that high quality work should not be expensive but expected.
